The beauty is in excellent condition! It’s as if it were purchased new this year!

There are just 2 noted page tears along a 3-ring binder hole ((very minor)).

And a small bubbling on the cover, but no wears or tears.

Just like mom’s but no stains, markings or pages falling out!
