One of my favorite kitchen go to pieces is my  enameled cast-iron baker. It adds a certain crispness to the edges of a casserole or cobbler that is unique to that piece of bakeware.

This Husqvarna piece is chip-free and has lots of yummy baked dips, cobblers and casseroles in it’s future.
