I found this treasure on my recent trip to San Francisco! Isn’t it a beauty?

I really love that squared-off thumb rest on the handle!

This mug measures 6½” in width including the handle & is 2½” deep.

And just look at that bright, shiny red color!

As you can see, this mug has no maker marks, but it clearly resembles vintage Corningware, Fire King & Pyrex. I will say, after studying these brands to try to determine the maker, I noticed this squared-off thumb rest is distinct to the unmarked mug. The mugs with an identified maker have a rounded handle. Not that these details matter in the big picture — but I find it interesting ((and I prefer the squared handle!)).
