Asian Chicken & Waffles! New FFAY recipe for Sinkology

I am happy to share my newest FFAY recipe over on the Sinkology Blog!

This easy dinnertime recipe is a cousin to the recipe that started it all for me : Tangy Asian Chicken & Coleslaw Rolls.

Yes – this is the recipe that sent me on one of the funnest, craziest and most excitingly stressful roller coaster rides of my foodie life.

((YES!! That wild-haired lady hugging the Doughboy is me – in 2010!))

The original recipe was one of 25 “Dinner’s Made Easy” that competed for the 1 MILLION dollar prize. ((PS I did NOT win the Grand Prize!)) If there was ever proof of the simplicity of a recipe, being classified as a Dinner Made Easy” by Pillsbury pretty much says it all.
