The Perfect Party Food

The very moment that I chose to put this idea into action was in preparation for my annual Christmas Eve Party. And it was THE PERFECT choice! Here’s what I love about this recipe:

  • it makes use of ingredients I always have on hand (apricot preserves and mustard are 2 pantry staples in my home)
  • it’s simple to assemble
  • the crowd LOVED it

No Measuring Required

That’s right, this is one of THOSE recipes that doesn’t even need to be measured. Just a few spoonfuls of mustard, a dash of garlic salt and half of a jar of apricot preserves makes the most delicious sticky, sweet little smokies. But don’t worry, I’ve included measurements in the recipe card just in case!

Bake, Bubble and Eat!

And the ease of this recipe is unmatched. Once combined, place the jammy little smokies into a preheated 350° oven and bake for 40 minutes stirring halfway through. *Pro-tip* double this recipe for larger crowds!
