Simple 2-Ingredient Belgian Chocolate Ganache ((Part 4 of the “BUSY Mom Cooks” recipe series))

This is a “pull a rabbit out of the hat” recipe if ever there was one. You know what I mean, right??

This ganache is one of those recipes that seems like it will be so hard to make – but with, 2 ingredients, a little heat and the stir of your handy spoon you have created magic!

Here is what you need:

  • 4 oz of high-quality chocolate ((I prefer Trader Joe’s Belgian Milk Chocolate))
  • 1/2 c heavy whipping cream

  2. 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
Instructions
  1. Place the chocolate & cream in a medium-sized microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH in 30 second increments, stirring in between until melted.
