Salted Carmel and Cream Cheese topped with Walnut + Oat Crumble

Well, the ease is one small aspect of what makes this recipe so great. The real show-stopper here is the taste!!
So here’s what you’ll do ::
In a small rectangular/oval dish, set out a block of cream cheese.
While the cream cheese is rising to room temperature, combine the walnut + oat crumble ingredients in a medium skillet over medium flame, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves and is bubbly.
Set the crumble aside in a small serving bowl.
To finish this recipe off, pour 6 oz salted caramel over the block of cream cheese and top with the warm walnut + oat crumble. Serve with sliced pears and apples.
I’m pretty sure this is the perfect combination of flavors – salted caramel and apples and cream cheese are the flavors of life!! And then topping it all off with an abundance of crumble – literally puts this over the top!

- 1 – 8 oz block cream cheese, I used full fat
- 6 oz jarred salted caramel
- 1 c rolled oats
- 1 c walnuts, roughly chopped
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 4 T butter
- pinch of salt
