This is the salsa that satisfies my gardening spirit and my tastebuds! The subtle flavors of mint and parsley add an unexpected but strangely logical flavor to this salsa – kindly identifying themselves as mid-summer garden troopers. All the while, the roasted, caramelized veggies and the heat from those few hot peppers bring comfort to my deep cravings for salsa.
I LOVE a good melty, cheesy grilled cheese sandwich. But, it honestly never fails. I burn at least 1 side of EVERY single grilled cheese sandwich I make. No matter how hard I try – the pan gets hotter faster than I expect and once I flip it over – BOOM! black as a piece of coal (and similar tasting too).
That’s why I think this sheet pan method is so.very.spectacular. Once you see how easy and *burn-proof* this method of grilled cheese making is, this will be your go-to sandwich-making method for sure.
Tater Tot Casserole – it’s my response to the 4,000th time I’ve been asked ‘what’s there to eat?’ And really, it’s an awesome meal solution. It’s easy to make, the ingredients are simple and at hearing the words ‘tater tots’ my kids are over the moon.
