Huevos Verdes Rancheros Puff Pastry – a FFAY recipe for Sinkology

Brunch, breakfast or breakfast for dinner … all three are a perfect opportunity to try my newest Sinkology recipe!

And, as with all of my Sinkology recipes ((really all of my recipes in general!)) this breakfast puff pastry is crazy easy. But the crazy easy is nothing compared to the flavor.

Cilantro, red onions and a hefty serving of salsa verde ((along with a few other key ingredients)) turn that simple egg into something special.

Buttery, flaky puff pastry plus all of those flavor-packed ingredients = heaven.
