Ok – let’s be real, some days are Chili Cheese Dog Pot Pie days and some days aren’t. I love beautiful, fresh, seasonal ingredients – all the herbs, all the veggies, whole grains and heirloom garden treasures. You know I do – right? But – …
Mojito Grilled Shrimp – yummy flavors of mojito with mint and lime make this grilled shrimp so delicious and perfect for grilling season!
The flavor memory of sweetened strawberries takes me back to my childhood family dinner table. And so, that’s my sentimental inspiration for Strawberry Shortcake Sheet Cake.
As the temperatures begin to rise, backyard cooking/grilling and dining is a regular event in my weekly routine! One of our favorite and most frequent meals is Grilled Ginger Balsamic Flank Steak.
Dinosaur Kale + Mint Double Chocolate Brownies. Ooey and gooey, minty chocolate with a double chocolate boost. Not even the KALE could stop your anti-green veggie people from enjoying!
I LOVE a good melty, cheesy grilled cheese sandwich. But, it honestly never fails. I burn at least 1 side of EVERY single grilled cheese sandwich I make. That’s why I think this sheet pan method is so.very.spectacular. Once you see how easy and *burn-proof* this method of grilled cheese making is, this will be your go-to sandwich-making method for sure.
Tater Tot Casserole – it’s my response to the 4,000th time I’ve been asked ‘what’s there to eat?’ And really, it’s an awesome meal solution. It’s easy to make, the ingredients are simple and at hearing the words ‘tater tots’ my kids are over the moon.
I had no intention of sharing this recipe – and then I had my first bite. Even trying to tell you how good it is will not do this banana sheet cake justice. I’ll just say, at least for me, this is one of those bites that makes you pause and close your eyes to take in all that’s happening to your taste buds. Really.
It’s no surprise, during this time of pandemic, I’ve been working out my biscuit hand! I’ve shared multiple versions of biscuit recipes – chocolate chip, apple cinnamon and blueberry but it occurred to me – what about the simple, classic traditional buttermilk biscuits?
Chocolate Chunk Biscuits and Fudge Gravy for breakfast?!? I’m in! Check out the new recipe!
