I LOVE a good melty, cheesy grilled cheese sandwich. But, it honestly never fails. I burn at least 1 side of EVERY single grilled cheese sandwich I make. No matter how hard I try – the pan gets hotter faster than I expect and once I flip it over – BOOM! black as a piece of coal (and similar tasting too).
That’s why I think this sheet pan method is so.very.spectacular. Once you see how easy and *burn-proof* this method of grilled cheese making is, this will be your go-to sandwich-making method for sure.
Tater Tot Casserole – it’s my response to the 4,000th time I’ve been asked ‘what’s there to eat?’ And really, it’s an awesome meal solution. It’s easy to make, the ingredients are simple and at hearing the words ‘tater tots’ my kids are over the moon.

Continue reading Tuna Noodle Baked CasseroleSheet Pan Pancakes are one of my very favorite things. They are so easy to make and they finished product is OUT-OF-THIS-WORLD. Sensational. The addition of toasty pecans and crunchy granola adds both amazing flavor and texture! I’m giving you fair warning, you’ll want to make these for breakfast lunch and dinner!
This Scrub Island dip is pretty much everything. I think it would even be on the menu of my last meal — really. It’s creamy and a little salty, a pop of herby onion – and thanks to a really, really good quality blue cheese …
This Slab Pie is a twist on the Fresh Strawberry Pie my mom is pretty much famous for. Well …. famous in our little circle of the planet. Mom’s Fresh Strawberry Pie recipe originally came from a little 1970’s county extension cookbook (you can check out that recipe HERE).
