I particularly love the combination of ham & Swiss, so classic and well-loved. But what really puts this recipe OVER-THE-TOP is that little drizzle of melted butter and a dash of BBQ rub (so don’t skip those steps!). The sure sign of a recipe’s greatness??? These Ham & Cheese Rolls took 20 minutes to make and were gone in 5 minutes. Maybe I should’ve doubled the recipe!
The combination of warm, baked cinnamon rolls and peaches with a pecans streusel topping is PERFECT. This really is one of my favorite quick breakfast/brunch recipes. Try this same basic recipe with cherry pie filling and almonds, pears and cranberries, apples and raisins… the possibilities are only limited to your pantry and imagination!
It’s a cold, snowy day in Oklahoma and I can’t help but feel like baking! I LOVE this Applesauce Cake for times like this. Not only is it an EASY one-bowl cake, it’s also such a delicious smelling cake!
The acorn squash is an absolutely glorious addition to this enchilada recipe. It’s slightly sweet and creamy texture – the perfect partner to the warm Mexican spices, chicken and cheeses!
These Cherry Chip Sugar Cookies are a sweet twist on one of my all-time favorite cookies :: the SWIG Sugar Cookie. The Swig really is THE PERFECT cookie IMO. It’s moist yet firm, sweet but not too sweet, and the addition of cream of tartar …
Butternut Squash Gratin! A combination of creamy mornay sauce + sweet, roasted butternut squash + crisp panko-herb topping! Perfection!
Green Bean Casserole Tart – a twist on our beloved GBC delivers crazy, delicious flavor and (dare I say) is tops on my “must eat’ list!
I love these spicy blue cheese shortbread crackers! They check all the boxes – spice, salt, heat, and a little flair thanks to the blue cheese! They unexpectedly became the star of my graze board, pairing so well with apples, pears, spicy honey and even a crunchy dill pickle!
These candied nuts come together in about 5 minutes! The sugary, spiced candy coating has just the right amount of salt and those herbs put the recipe over-the-top. So, so crave-able!
I’m pretty sure brownies are the world’s most perfect dessert! And this chocolate orange version is my new favorite way to enjoy them. I’ve got one simple trick that’s certain to maximize the orange flavor – and my guess is it involves something you normally throw away!
It’s no surprise, during this time of pandemic, I’ve been working out my biscuit hand! I’ve shared multiple versions of biscuit recipes – chocolate chip, apple cinnamon and blueberry but it occurred to me – what about the simple, classic traditional buttermilk biscuits?
